Tuition & Learning Support

At Mastery Services, our tuition and learning support is designed to increase access, confidence, and positive outcomes for children and young people aged 6–19, including both neurodivergent and neurotypical learners.

We work across KS2, KS3, KS4, A Level, and International Baccalaureate pathways, supporting learners who may face barriers to engagement, confidence, or progress within traditional education settings.

Our approach is inclusive, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. We deliver personalised 1:1 and small-group support that helps learners to develop not only academic understanding, but also self-belief, independence, and learning strategies they can carry forward.

We support learners with a wide range of needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, sensory processing differences, anxiety, language and communication needs, and difficulties with focus, memory, organisation, and emotional regulation. Support is always tailored to the individual rather than the label.

All tutors working with Mastery Services are experienced professionals with expertise in SEND and inclusive practice. They work patiently and collaboratively with learners, families, schools, and where appropriate, local authorities and care providers.

As a Company, our tuition work contributes to wider community benefit. Where funding allows, we aim to reduce barriers to access through subsidised provision, partnerships, and funded programmes that support those who might otherwise be excluded.

Workplace Inclusivity

Want to better understand your neurodivergent employees and maximise their full potential? At Mastery Services, we offer a program to help businesses understand the best approaches to help employees and employers better understand each other and work to their full potential.

Neurodivergent people make up a considerable proportion of our workforces. We often find that employees will withhold sharing their diagnosis in the workplace for fear of being misunderstood or seen as less capable. Each diagnosis comes with it's own strengths, but often they are only seen as coming with weaknesses. It's important for employers to understand neurodivergent staff as individuals.

Our mission is to help businesses to build a work environment in which employees and staff can feel comfortable to share their individual needs to optimise their ability to work effectively within their business.

Our Neuro Safe Childrens’ Home

In 2022, Mastery Services began opening a care home for neurodiverse children aged 11-18. We provide a physically and mentally safe home for neurodivergent individuals who need 24-hour care and support. Our home on Downham Way in Bromley, London has 2 spacious bedrooms, a study room, a living space, an office and sleeping area for staff and a large outside garden. Our mission for any child staying here is to foster a neuro-safe space for young people to pursue their dreams without barriers.

We believe that each child is different, with varying needs and therefore varying care. We offer a person-centred approach that focuses on developing the well-being of each person. We build on skills that enable our young people to become balanced, successful and independent adults.
